All hardware wallet purchases are considered final once the product seal has been broken due to the sensitive security nature of these devices. Returns may only be considered if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If a product is defective, it may be returned in accordance with applicable policies.
Metal seed phrase products and related tools may be returned within 30 days provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service. Crypto Consult is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Crypto Consult reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
