At Crypto Consult, we aim to provide high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.

 

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at info@cryptoconsult.co.za with a clear request and relevant order details.

 

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

 

Due to the sensitive security nature of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, special conditions apply. Hardware wallets cannot be returned once the product seal has been broken, as this compromises the integrity and security of the device. If a hardware wallet is defective, it may be returned within 30 days, provided it remains unopened and the seal is intact.

 

Metal seed phrase products and stamping tools may be returned within 30 days only if they are unused, unstamped, undamaged, and in their original condition. Any used or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Certain goods are not eligible for return, including products that have been customised or personalised, goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and any items that have been used, altered, or compromised after delivery.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. All returns must be sent to 354 Church Avenue, Lynnwood, Pretoria, 0081, Gauteng, South Africa. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Crypto Consult is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.

 

Crypto Consult reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

If a product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a refund may be issued as store credit once the returned item has been received. If the original purchaser placed the order, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
