Our Refund Policy

Crypto Consult (PTY) LTD, operating under South African jurisdiction and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), provides the following return and refund policy for purchases made through our website.

Right to Cancel:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email at refunds@cryptoconsult.co.za.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

• The goods are in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods:

Due to the high security risk associated with cryptocurrency hardware wallets, the following conditions apply:

• Hardware Wallets: Once the seal on the box is broken, the hardware wallet cannot be returned. This exemption is due to the security risk of the 24-word seed phrase potentially being compromised. However, if the hardware wallet is defective (e.g., does not power on or fails to provide a seed phrase), you may return it within 30 days for a refund, provided the box remains unopened and the seal is unbroken.

• Metal Cards and Metal Stamps: Refunds will be accepted if the metal cards have not been stamped or damaged and the metal stamps have not been used. Returns must also be within 30 days of purchase.

Other non-returnable goods include:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned (e.g., goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired).

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
